PAYMENT

SHIPPING

Your item(s) will be shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. 


For large quantity or custom order, please allow additional 1 day for processing and shipping. 


 For DOMESTIC Order(s), Your order is shipped through USPS First Class Mail. A Tracking Number is provided through PayPal Shipping Notification. Please allow 3-10 business days to receive your package. 


 For INTERNATIONAL Order(s), Your order is shipped using United States Postal Service, First Class International Mail ( tracking number provided), please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to arrive. (We DO NOT ship to Mexico, India, or Greece) 


Please feel free to let us know if you'd like to upgrade to Priority / Express Shipping for an additional fee - a PayPal Invoice will be sent to you for payment. 


INSURANCE is required for certain International Orders depending upon buyer's shipping country and/or solely at shop owner's discretion.  A request for insurance payment will be sent to you prior to shipping your order.


Please note that you assume full responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged package and are not entitled to a replacement or refund.

Returns 
Exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations:

Contact us within: 5 days of delivery 

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we are unable to accept returns for: 

• Custom or personalized orders 

• Items on sale

Returns and exchange details:

Please note that a return / exchange / refund request must be made within 5 days after receipt of product(s), otherwise, the transaction is considered complete and not eligible for such request. 


We pack every order very carefully and neatly with double layers of bubble wrap. We are not responsible for damaged, lost items, or delay caused by USPS or any Courier Services used for shipping your order(s).

Please be informed that I reserved the right refuse service. Items sold in my shop are described according to information provided by manufacturers. I pride myself with being honest with my customers and your satisfaction is very important to me. Please let me know if you have any concerns or questions after purchasing the products prior to leaving a negative feedback. Additionally, colors of items may slightly vary depending on your monitor screen.
